She&#...Our doxie used to spend HOURS hiding treats. She'd trot around the apartment with an intent look on her face, start digging, and finally bark demandingly. That meant we had to come out and find the treat (she was always hanging around the hiding place). We'd look, find, exclaim what a FABULOUS spot it was! and then she'd take it away for more hiding. My long haired girl i had i wld give her something an she wld put it in front of her an look like she wld dare anyone take it from her well my dads silkie terrior poodle mix wld sneak it away from her .Have anyone had doxies hord treats in weird places ?Like bed an closet an behinnd couch . My 8 mon weinie does it i think it may have had do with her early weeks when i got her she was underweight an underfed an had major worms an cple other problems . It sounded like she may had compete for food an didnt get the right stuff . people were selling her an the parents cause they cldnt get em the medical care . She doing great health wise an has picked up the weight an i got her on the preventive for heart worms an other parasites due what her early weeks were like .
