You may remember this post, with the super cute photo of J and Brody sleeping. Or maybe you remember this post and Brody's incredible singing talent (oh and J's too, can't forget him). But after going through my phone the other day, I realized that I have an absurd amount of photos of J and Brody snuggling, sledding, or even more common is Brody taking up residence on J's lap.
I mean come on...could they be ANY cuter??

I feel like they're could have been a "Just the two of us" audio to this little lovefest. : )
Hmmmm....I can't tell whose happier...OR cuter!!! :)
So sweet! He is one happy puppy, and that's cute to me, I love to see a happy dog. I have to admit I nap with my dachsie too.
That is a lot of sweet moments with your pet. Snuggling is alos something I love to do with my rabbit so after school I take her from the rabbit hutch and nap with her.
Just wondering why your dog is still intact?
hee hee, very cute! love those mesmerizing eyes!
too cute!
I happen to notice your dog is not neutered -- I know, hard to miss... Neither is my male doxie (although the female is), as he has attended several dog shows and the breeder asked me if I could keep him intact for the time being as he occasionally uses him as a stud. My question is: do you have the same problems as I have, where I can't take my dog to any dog play areas because non-neutered males are not allowed, and where other male dogs often see him as a threat and tend to attack him (Tigger is never off-leash, the situation arises when the other dog is off-leash). Boarding is also a problem unless he goes back to the breeder who has obviously no qualms boarding him. Do you encounter the same problems and if so, how have you dealt with them? Any help would be welcome, thanks!
Anonymous - We would like to breed him, but we've had trouble finding a female to breed him with. In our are there seem to be a TON of males and not many females.
Musclemom - Those are all great questions and I think I'll actually write a post in response to all of your questions, but in short, we haven't had very many problems at all w/ him being in tact. He doesn't have any dominate behaviours as far as mounting, attacking other males, or even hiking his leg to mark things. We've really lucked out with Brody. Look for my post, I'll explain more :)
